Terms of Service*
Contracts and Agreements
The Design Request Form will be used as form of agreement for the scope of work. Any revisions discussed will be confirmed with a final Service Contract prior to the start of the design process.
Website Proofing
Geeky Mama will provide you with the opportunity to proof the design of your website. I will provide a link to a temporary demo site for you to view the progress.
Proof Revisions
I will send you a link to a demo site to review your website design for your input. Geeky Mama will provide up to three revisions during the design process. After three (3) rounds of revisions, additional fees will apply at $25/hour. Because Geeky Mama will be working off the Design Request Form and any other information the client has provided prior to the design process, more than three revisions may not be necessary.
Technical Assistance
I provide technical assistance to all my clients. If you have a problem with your website or Blogger blog, I am happy to assist. However, if problems occur that are time consuming, you will be charged an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. This does not include new website design. New website designs are charged at the website design rate listed in the Service page.
Website Content Data Entry
Because Weebly offers a simple CMS feature, I do not provide content data entry. If you do not feel confident in using the CMS, please contact me at Mama@GeekyMamaWebSolutions.com.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the services, I am unable to give refunds for the design work, after the design process has began. If you have submitted a deposit of $80 and I have not yet started the design process (while you are still in the client queue), I will be happy to refund your deposit. This deposit refund policy will expire 3 business days after deposit date.
Confidentiality
All correspondence between Geeky Mama and the client is confidential and may not be shared or forwarded to others without my expressed written consent.
Communication
All communication is done via email. If you need other means of communication, please contact Mama@GeekyMamaWebSolutions.com.
Wait Time
The estimated wait time is just that, an estimate. How soon your website will be develop depends on a several factors. Some factors include where you are in the client queue, scope of work and the number of changes you request. Please keep this in mind when we start the design process. The more changes made, the more time will be involve. I will keep you posted with the progress of your website and estimated publish date.
Price Changes
Geeky Mama reserves the right to adjust the design and hosting prices as needed. However, I give my clients a courtesy notification via the Geeky Mama Updates page, of any changes to service.
Use of Website
Geeky Mama will not do business with clients who uses the website or Blogger site for (but not limited to) inappropriate and/or violent content (pornography, to abuse and harass etc). Geeky Mama reserves the right to further define what is inappropriate and/or violent and to cancel, immediately without notice, services and remove client website if client is found in violation of this policy.
Credits
Client will not remove or tamper with credit attributions.

FAQ
(Q) Quick, I need help, something happened to my website or Blogger site! Will you charge me for technical assistance?
(A) I am happy to help you with any technical needs. I don't believe in charging clients when the service to correct any technical issues are quick and simple. However, if the problem is time consuming (you accidentally deleted key features of your site), I will need to charge an hour rate of $25.00 an hour. Please note I do NOT keep a copy of your web files. You are responsible for backing up your website/Blogger site as needed.
Q) Do I "own" the graphics and pictures on my website?
(A) Unless you have provided your own graphics and pictures (that you own and have rights to), the graphics are the property of the graphic designers who created them. You may not use the graphics in another site as this violates the Creative Commons licensing agreements. Additionally, credits to the owners for pictures and graphics used will be included. We ask that you do not remove such credits to be in compliance with Creative Commons licensing.
(Q) How do I secure your services?
(A) Select a service that meets your needs from the Options menu then fill out the Design Request Form. In general, most at-home businesses and bloggers will only need the Basic package. I will work with you to find the right package for your needs. If you're not sure which direction to take, just contact me. I'm happy to help. GeekyMamaWebSolution@gmail.com.
(Q) How do I pay?
(A) I use PayPal as the payment gateway. Invoices will also be submitted via PayPal. You may pay by credit card via PayPal. While it's recommended, you do not need a PayPal account to continue.

(A) If you decide that you do not want to continue with the design process, please do so in writing (email) as soon as possible. I cannot refund the $80.00 deposit once the work has begun or is complete. See "Refunds" under the Terms of Service. If you need to cancel the hosting service (assuming your website has already been published), please do so in writing 14 business days prior the scheduled monthly invoice (1st of the month).
